What is Zeolite?
 
Zeolites are mineral compounds derived from volcanic ash and formed only after 5 to 10 millions to years. They’re known for their powerful ability for exchange of ions. This means that they can electrically bind positively charged ions such as heavy metals, radio-active compounds, as well as plaque and bacteria inside the mouth. Not only does it absorbs any harmful bacteria in the mouth and gums, it also draws toxins and poisonous compounds from the blood when consumed.
Since zeolite is not soluble, it is excreted from the body together with the toxins.

CAUTION
The Zeolite toothpaste is good for both cats & dogs. However, it contains sorbitol in trace quantities. In very rare cases, dogs and cats sensitive to sorbitol may experience vomiting and diarrhoea. Sorbitol is a sugar substitute that occurs naturally in some fruits. It is an ingredient commonly found in mainstream commercial pet foods and treats.
